Ben Chan

As a Director at Norman Disney & Young and representative on the Melbourne office executive, Ben has a keen interest in working collaboratively with clients, project managers, architects and interior designers to deliver innovative and flexible spaces to work and live in.

Ben’s experience in the industry spans international borders with projects around the world including Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Whilst he has an electrical engineering background, Ben’s key strength is delivering and coordinating multidisciplinary projects and achieving client satisfaction. Tenant improvements and renovations are a keen passion, especially the field of lighting design.

He has had lead roles in such projects as Collins Place (Melbourne, Australia), Ernst & Young (Melbourne, Australia), Deloitte (Melbourne, Australia), National Australia Bank at 700 Bourke Street (Melbourne, Australia), Brentwood Town Centre (Vancouver, BC) and Project Fox Data Centre (UK). These projects demonstrate Ben’s multidisciplinary skill, strong ability to lead a team and deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
