As Head of Marketing and Communications Sarah is responsible for the development and delivery of strategic and tactical marketing and communications activity across all of Norman Disney and Young's operating regions. Sarah's key focus is on the alignment marketing and communications activity with NDY's strategic framework including specific activity to build our brand in new and emerging markets. She is also focused on sourcing and sharing with our clients and partners the latest experience and thinking from our diverse global team.  Prior to joining NDY Sarah worked across marketing, communications, business development and sales in the civil engineering, geotech engineering, building services engineering and property sectors at both regional and global levels.
