This 33,000 ft² Cat A and Cat B fitout from shell and core of the newly built 1 Fen Court now houses the London headquarters of a renowned London based insurance firm, consolidating three smaller offices into one, serving 250 staff.

NDY supported the client team through the MEP and specialist security and audio visual (AV) services design process, forming the services brief and assisting with achieving cross-portfolio consistency in functionality – allowing the client’s global teams to move seamlessly between their UK and US headquarters.
