The Position

​​​​​We are looking for:

  • An experienced Project Administrator to join our Brisbane team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Project Leaders with end-to-end project delivery requirements, providing a range of project management and support services to ensure project outcomes are achieved
  • Provide high level support to managers, directors and other team members through the management and provision of professional and confidential administration services
  • Coordinate with our offshore support team manager
  • Actively contribute and support the training and development of our offshore support staff
  • Provide input on projects including on job costing, time plans and fee preparation activities in consultation with Project Leaders
  • Work alongside Project Leaders to ensure all project deliverables are completed accurately in an efficient and timely manner
  • Actively contribute to process improvement, development of policies and procedures to streamline administrative activities.


Ideally you will have:

  • Strong self-motivation and a pro-active approach to your work
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • At least 3 years applicable work experience in a project administration role in the construction or engineering industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills. Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word is preferable.

Training & Development

NDY has a strong focus on the development of our staff and training will be a key element of this development whether on internal or external training courses.  We will develop a career plan for each staff member that will focus on core elements of your role to provide you with a clear progression in your career path.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of projects from Healthcare facilities through to commercial office developments and retail developments, both as new build and refurbishments.
