The Position

We are looking for: Project Coordinator

  • Make a difference to our business by providing support to our Project Teams
  • Coordinate the management of Quality Management Systems across the office
  • Help our team provide an outstanding Customer Experience by providing high quality administration support
  • Assist Project Leaders with the creation and completion of project planning tools for project confirmation to occur
  • Work closely with project confirmations team to ensure confirmations are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Assist Project Leaders to record out of scope work (change advice) and related billing accurately and efficiently
  • Assist the Project Leaders and Project Directors with Contract Execution and resolution
  • Work alongside PL’s to ensure all project deliverables are completed accurately in an efficient and timely manner.


Ideally you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Relevant degree qualification is desirable
  • Experience with supporting multiple people in the Engineering industry or equivalent
  • Well-developed keyboard and computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email applications
  • Strong communication and interactive skills to enable professional interaction with a range of people including senior executives, other employees and clients
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and be politically astute in dealing with team members and clients
  • Ability to organise and delegate to offshore staff as directed
  • High level organisational skills, focus and attention to detail are essential
  • Promotes a cohesive work and team environment. Demonstrates a proactive work ethic and helps team out with other related activities
  • Ability to maintain quality of output even under times of pressure
  • Adapts well to new situation and is calm in challenging situations
  • Ability to learn new NDY software applications quickly. ​​​​​​​

Training & Development

NDY have a strong focus on the development of our staff and training will be a key element of this development whether on internal or external training courses. We will develop a career plan for each staff member that will focus on core elements of your role to provide you with a clear progression in your career path.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of projects from Healthcare facilities through to commercial office developments and retail developments, both as new build and refurbishments.
