Celebrated on 28th August, Equal Pay Day marks the 59 additional days from the end of the previous financial year that women have to work to earn the same pay as men.

At NDY, our ongoing commitment to gender equality sees us proactively promote and address gender issues including equal pay. The 2018 launch of our successful Diversity & Inclusion initiatives included gender equality strategies and flexible working arrangements, and we take an active role in removing the barriers faced by women in the workplace.
