Ben White

As Director of NDY’s Global Specialist Groups, Ben holds ultimate responsibility and strategic direction covering Sustainability, Digital, Security, Fire Engineering, NDYLIGHT, Acoustics, and Vertical Transportation services across all regions. Ben is also the Director responsible for NDY’s activity in the Retail sector, Ben is considered a leader in building design and operations of retail led mixed use assets.

With over 23 years’ experience in Australia and the UK, Ben maintains an active involvement in projects alongside our clients, seeking to realise development value, drawing from his breadth of design experience in retail, commercial/corporate, hospitality, education and residential buildings.  He actively seeks to understand our clients’ business, and the nature of the markets they operate in, allowing his leadership of NDY’s team to work through the risks and challenges of sustainable property development.

He is passionate about working with clients and delivering sustainable design, design leadership, and everyday value management – incorporating design led thinking, and a cost conscious design approach into our work.
