Fergal Devlin

Fergal is NDY’s Finance Director based in our Sydney Office, leading our Group Finance team in stewardship of the group’s finance function and governance of all financial activities.

Fergal acts as NDY’s financial gatekeeper, advisor and business partner on operational and strategic matters. Engaging at the Group Executive level down through the business to all operating regions Fergal is responsible for profit and cash flow management, business planning, forecasting and analysis, reporting and compliance, risk mitigation, tax, treasury, audit and M&A.

Fergal joined NDY in August 2022. Prior to joining NDY, Fergal’s previous roles included Group Financial Accountant for Grimshaw Architects, overseeing the Group Intercompany function and all financial and statutory reporting. He also worked in Treasury at BorgWarner, an automotive supplier and developer.
