Jarrod O’Sullivan

Jarrod O’Sullivan leads NDY’s New Zealand operations as Regional Director and also serves as Auckland Office Director. A seasoned hydraulic engineer and senior leader, Jarrod brings over a decade of experience delivering complex and high-profile building services projects across sectors including retail, education, healthcare, hospitality and data centres.

Jarrod is known for his clear thinking, collaborative style and deep technical expertise. His leadership has helped shape award-winning projects throughout the country—projects where practical engineering meets thoughtful design to create positive outcomes for clients and communities.

He gained international experience during a secondment to NDY’s London office, developing a broader perspective on global best practice and strengthening his multidisciplinary delivery skills.

At a national level, Jarrod is responsible for NDY’s strategic growth and performance across New Zealand. He represents the region on the NDY Group Executive, with a focus on business development, financial leadership and client relationships.
