Michael Sullivan

As Regional Director for the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada, Michael Sullivan leads our strategic direction and oversees operational performance across these regions. He brings a strong track record of leadership, deep technical knowledge and a consistent focus on delivering quality outcomes for clients.

Michael stepped into this role in 2025, following a successful tenure as Regional Director for New Zealand and Canada. Before that, he led our Auckland office for a decade and has been a key part of our New Zealand team for over 20 years since transferring from Melbourne in 2000.

With a background in acoustics, Michael has played a pivotal role in growing NDY’s acoustic capability and is well known for his practical and collaborative approach to noise and vibration control. His technical insight continues to support diverse engineering teams and project consultants in achieving acoustic performance targets.

Michael is also a long-time mentor to emerging engineers and is respected for his calm leadership and ability to navigate complex project requirements.
