11 February is The International Day of Women and Girls in Science (IDWGIS), which highlights sustainable and equitable development for women and girls around the globe.
As our way of joining the discussion generated by the global IDWGIS movement we spoke with several of our staff, exploring their thoughts on engineering, the problems they solve and strengthening the participation of women and girls in science.
