Stuart Fowler

As NDY’s Chief Executive Officer since March 2015, Stuart has maintained overall responsibility for the company, driving its outstanding record of growth and achievement.

Stuart had previously led and grown NDY’s Melbourne office from 1995 to 2011. He was promoted to NDY Australian Regional Director from 2011 to 2014, and subsequently NDY Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2015, before successfully transitioning to the NDY CEO role.

In 2018, Stuart oversaw NDY joining Tetra Tech Inc, significantly expanding NDY’s connection with global buildings markets. In addition to his NDY role, Stuart also led the Tetra Tech High Performance Buildings global initiative from 2019 to 2025 and was promoted to Tetra Tech Division President from 2021 to 2025, with responsibility for a global team of 3,000 Tetra Tech associates generating combined revenue of US$500 million.

Stuart is a globally recognised engineering leader, expert in the field of building mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services design with an extensive resume of successful project achievements. He is a skilled communicator, with strong commercial focus and a demonstrable record of driving successful outcomes in multi-regional business settings.
