For a major data centre project, we began by interrogating project requirements, program commitments and cost drivers before beginning authority negotiations.

At a major airport, we developed a carefully staged high-voltage upgrade that maintained uninterrupted supply to a live terminal. Through detailed investigation of existing infrastructure, temporary supply arrangements and substation reconfiguration, we delivered increased capacity and long-term resilience while ensuring operational continuity throughout construction.
