Andrew O’Brien is an Associate and has worked with Norman Disney & Young across a range of projects across Australia from both the Perth and Canberra offices.
With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Andrew has a wide range of experience across the project sectors, from small retail fitout projects to large commercial base building towers. Other areas of experience include commercial office fitouts, laboratories, health care and residential.
Andrew has recently been involved as the lead mechanical engineer and project lead for Constitution Place in Canberra. This mixed-use development with hotel, office and basement carpark involves a unique Underfloor Air Distribution system and is on track to be one of the first WELL rated buildings in Canberra.
Andrew strives for technical knowledge and open communication to enable the project to run smoothly. Andrew’s focus on client interaction and requirements enables the project to suit the specific needs to each individual client.
