Lisa Kelly
Melbourne Office Director
Lisa leads our Melbourne office, which includes overseeing projects and development of team strategy. She is also responsible for the delivery of larger multi-disciplinary projects within the Existing Buildings group. During her time at Norman Disney & Young Lisa has formed a solid foundation in mechanical engineering and other key disciplines such as fire engineering and sustainability giving her broad knowledge base and experience to call upon. Lisa has worked in both the Sydney and Melbourne offices, whilst in the Sydney office Lisa took a major role in the Sustainability group in Sydney, being an accredited assessor in Green Star and NABERS and trained in the use of thermal modelling and computational fluid dynamic (CFD) analysis software such as TAS, Trace and IES. Spending two years working as a design manager for a construction company in Sydney, Lisa then gained valuable experience working on site with contractors, suppliers and clients.
