Sofie has over 15 years of building industry experience as a fire engineer in multiple sectors including defence, industrial, residential, commercial, aged care and health.

She is a Chartered Professional Engineer and accredited fire protection engineer, pursuing a second master’s degree in fire safety engineering. She is proficient in designing, documenting, and investigating fire protection services. She is now expanding her knowledge in fire safety engineering to comprehend fire safety systems from both perspectives, with the goal of making spaces work.
