Global Acoustics Manager
Thomas is an Associate Director and NDY's global acoustics manager. He also leads the Auckland acoustic team. Having over 11 years of experience as an Acoustic Engineer, he has worked on key projects across New Zealand and Australia, including 6 years in the NDY Melbourne office where he became acoustic section manager. His experience covers a number of sectors including environmental noise assessments, defense, office, residential, health, education, and corrections. Thomas enjoys working with clients and design teams to ensure that project acoustic requirements are appropriately chosen and integrated into the overall design. Thomas' specific areas of expertise include mechanical services acoustics, spatial acoustic design, sound isolation, environmental noise management, vibration analysis, and Green Star assessments.
