As part of a D&C team led by John Holland, NDY provided peer review services of John Holland’s appointed building services D&C contractors in our capacity as a Technical Assurance Organisation (TAO) registered with Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW).

NDY was engaged for multi-discipline bid phase, concept design and project verification of the D&C contractor’s detailed design submissions. John Holland also engaged NDY to provide full electrical design services on their behalf.

This state-of-the-art facility is compliant with TfNSW’s standards and requirements, as well as those of Asset Management Branch (AMB, formerly ASA). The design also met detailed project brief requirements while staying within the project delivery timeline and budget.

Acting as John Holland’s single point of contact for the peer review of their appointed D&C building services contractors, NDY played a key role in this large and technically challenging project.
