NDY has earned the WELL Enterprise Provider (WELL EP) designation from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) to deliver a comprehensive suite of WELL solutions at a portfolio or enterprise scale.

The new organisation-level designation from IWBI enables NDY to guide our clients to identify and implement WELL strategies at scale, helping companies meet their larger business objectives in areas such as ESG reporting, human and social capital management and workplace strategy and policy.

Created for organisations with demonstrated expertise in the WELL Building Standard (WELL) and related offerings, WELL EPs serve an important role in supporting the growing demand worldwide for enhanced health and wellbeing for employees, customers and communities. By helping clients scale their health and wellbeing efforts efficiently and effectively, WELL EPs foster leadership to drive a global culture of health among organisations.

NDY is proud to be recognised as WELL Enterprise Providers by the IWBI. Our dedicated sustainability team has delivered some amazing WELL firsts including the first existing building in Australia to receive Platinum certification, the first two certified projects in New Zealand (also both Platinum) and the first WELL Health Safety rated stadium in Asia-Pacific.

We love working on our many live WELL projects with enthusiastic teams, helping incorporate genuine health and wellbeing interventions into the built environment. We look forward to supporting future projects to enhance their health and wellbeing offering for all building users.

In addition to the newly earned WELL EP designation, as part of the Tetra Tech family NDY is also an IWBI Keystone Member, part of a network of leading organisations working together to advance the movement for better buildings and communities globally.

IWBI is focused on the ways that buildings, communities and organisational policies can improve our comfort, drive better choices and generally enhance, not compromise, our health and wellbeing. Delivered by IWBI, the WELL Building Standard (WELL) provides criteria and framework composed of concepts for companies, organisations and communities to adopt in creating people-first spaces.
