Jennifer Boxall

Jennifer Boxall is NDY’s Director of People and Culture.

As part of NDY’s executive leadership team, Jennifer leads the People and Culture team, driving strategies and programs that enable NDY to attract and engage the best talent and develop our people to deliver outstanding projects for our clients.

In partnership with global and regional leadership teams, Jennifer and the People and Culture team execute on strategic priorities including employee health and wellbeing, talent acquisition and mobilisation, maintaining a high-performance, inclusive culture and organisational and leadership development. The team also support the continuous improvement of programs such as our award-winning Graduate Development Program and NDY Flex, which enables the attraction of diverse talent and provides the opportunity for our people to balance their professional and personal commitments.

In recent times, Jennifer has played a key role leading the NDY Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Working Group (sponsored by the CEO), progressing reconciliation, gender equality, NDY Carers and NDY Pride programs globally.

Jennifer joined NDY in 2015, following a successful career in a variety of People and Culture Business Partner and HR Consulting roles for NAB, ANZ Bank, ERM and Mission Australia.
