Modern slavery in an insidious and complex issue which affects all countries and industries. It covers forced labour but also other forms of enslavement such as forced marriage. It is something that every business needs to stay on top of and continue monitoring, as it can affect every organisations supply chain.
NDY began screening our suppliers and training our employees on modern slavery in 2018. We began issuing an annual modern slavery statement in 2020. This statement outlines the work we have done in the prior year and what we plan to do in the future, in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2018.
