David Smith

David is a highly capable Mechanical Engineer with experience in mechanical design, construction and architecture. He has acquired extensive technical experience in health care mechanical design, building services, plant design and project management.

Before recently joining NDY, David provided senior leadership for the San Diego Glumac office as Vice President and Senior Mechanical Engineer. He was responsible for business development and growing of the San Diego Office - Provided Prime OSHPD-1(Healthcare) construction administration on a US$52 million cogeneration central plant for Sharp Grossmont. He also provided training and mentoring the young mechanical and plumbing engineers managerial and technical positions and have the capability to bring out the best from the team.
