Starting Your Learning at NDY

To get you ready to make the most of your role with us, you’ll be provided with targeted learning opportunities to complete when you start with us.
These include an induction program which includes ‘job ready’ learning and mandatory training required for you to perform your role responsibly.

People Leadership

Team leaders have an important role. They help shape the tone, character and culture of our workplace and your team relies on you to stay engaged, challenged, motivated and high performing.

It’s important that all NDY staff feel supported and you’ll be given access to resources that will help you as you navigate your team throughout the employee lifecycle. This is done through our emerging and senior leadership program, Manager 101 online learning modules, training webinars, guidelines and toolkits.
