NDY was engaged by Serviceworks to deliver fitout services for their new offices at 457 St Kilda Road.
Coordinating with interior designers Linear Designs, the fitout occupies levels 2, 5, 6 and 7 of the building and comprises a number of distinctive spaces including various meeting rooms, breakout spaces, open plan workstation areas and a main computer room on level 5.
The fitout design for the central communications room on level 5 reflected the critical nature of this room. The solution comprises dedicated Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units, UPS backup system, environmental monitoring system, a VESDA multi-aspirating fire detection system and double inter-lock pre-action fire suppression system.
