David is a highly experienced manager known for complex electrical and commissioning work in healthcare, hotel and mixed-use projects. He supports our clients with deep international experience and a practical lens on operations and maintenance coordination.

Lewis is a senior acoustic engineer with strong delivery across education, healthcare, commercial and residential buildings. His expertise includes commissioning testing, facade strategy and acoustic comfort design.

Brisbane

Warren is a senior hydraulic services designer with over 48 years of experience delivering complex building services across Australia, including Parliament House, major hospitals, laboratories and data centres. As the Technical Manager for NDY’s Brisbane hydraulics team, Warren plays a critical role in quality assurance and technical leadership across a wide portfolio of defence, education, health and commercial projects.

“I would like to think this appointment is as much to do with loyalty as it is for current acknowledgments. I have been on the NDY payroll since 2005, was contracted by a handshake to NDY Brisbane 1998 to 2003. My company joint ventured with NDY and Bassetts from 1980 to 1990 to deliver the New Parliament House in Canberra, sharing the same office throughout most of that time and was on the same consultant team (first I can recall) delivering in 1979 the Ryde Data Centre for the then Bank of NSW. Seems like yesterday.”

Canberra

Peter is a senior mechanical engineer with experience across education, government, labs, and defence projects. He is known for his practical application of energy efficiency in HVAC and building renewal scenarios.

Michael leads NDY’s Ireland operations and has a track record in commercial retrofit, fitouts, and schools. He is a UKGBC Future Leader with strengths in sustainable HVAC integration.

ECS

Shaneel is a qualified engineer with over 10 years of experience in Building Management and Control Systems (BMCS), delivering design, project management and commissioning support across commercial, healthcare, education, residential and sports sectors in New Zealand and Australia. With a strong focus on building tuning and energy performance, he pairs deep technical knowledge with practical, on-the-ground insight⁠—and is known for his ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and teams alike.

Thomas is a Commissioning Manager at ECS with extensive experience across mission critical, infrastructure, mining and grid-scale renewable energy projects. With a strong background in the commissioning of high-voltage substations, switchrooms and LV motor control centres, he combines hands-on expertise with a solid understanding of HV networks, power transformers and electrical systems – making him a trusted and practical leader in complex commissioning environments.

London

Steve is NDY’s Mission Critical Sector Leader for the UK, Ireland and Europe, overseeing large-scale data centres and commercial shell & core projects. His role bridges technical design, stakeholder alignment and performance-driven outcomes.

Claire is a senior mechanical engineer with experience across refurbishments, aviation terminals and mixed-use precincts. She is skilled in project coordination and energy-conscious system design.

Martin is a seasoned fire services specialist with extensive experience delivering fire protection strategies across large-scale transport, infrastructure and building projects. His deep technical expertise supports compliant, efficient and integrated fire system design through all phases of project delivery.

Melbourne

Caroline is a multidisciplinary engineer with experience in mechanical, hydraulic and fire protection systems. She brings design leadership to precinct, healthcare and institutional workplace projects.

Chris is NDYLIGHT’s Global Lead delivering architectural lighting for airports, stadia, retail and premium workplace fitouts. He merges design creativity with operational reliability to support user experience and compliance standards.

Sydney

Matthew is Global BIM Advisory Lead with nearly two decades of experience defining digital workflows across high-rise, education, and staged developments. He applies computational design and clash coordination to streamline delivery.

Shaun is a senior electrical engineer who integrates AV, external lighting, power and communications across residential, public realm and retail projects. Shaun has worked as a lead electrical designer, as well as project lead for many of his projects. This has given him an opportunity to provide our clients with tailored design solutions to suit their projects.
