With the central plant containing water-sourced heat pumps on each level and a water-sourced VRF suite system, our mechanical and plumbing design delivered efficient and economical heating and cooling throughout the development. Remaining compliant with current ANSI/ASHRAE/IES standards, the system design is sustainable and energy costs don’t exceed energy cost budget, the systems are safer than regular plant systems, require less maintenance, contribute to carbon emission reduction and have a longer lifespan than regular heat pumps.

With a third “Landmark” tower design in progress, our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards and professional design input to continue serving our client and all the stakeholders in the beautiful community of White Rock.
