NDY was engaged to design a new $67 million Youth Training Centre in Cavan, Adelaide.
Replacing the outdated Magill facility, the project provides accommodation for 60 residents, with potential to expand to 90 as required.
The facility provides a modern environment for the rehabilitation and training of young people in need. The site has been designed as a campus with distinct functional buildings, recreation and space for reflection and study.
NDY also coordinated the sustainable initiatives for the project which include life cycle analysis, efficient design and improved indoor environment.
