The Royal Children’s Hospital is Australia’s first hospital with an independently assessed 5 Star rating based on the GBCA’s health pilot tool. The facility also incorporates the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute comprising around 25,000 m² of laboratory space, as well as space allocation for the University of Melbourne. It is one of the largest hospital projects undertaken in Australia and takes a holistic approach to children’s health.
